***【Notice】Over-sized orders are not qualified for free shipping (Over-sized refers to the linear dimension greater than 2m or weight more than 30kg). Usually, over-sized orders are only available for pick-up at the store. If you have special needs, we can also provide delivery service within Montreal area. The delivery service fee is $69 per item (the delivery service does not include handling and dismantling after delivery, especially when the destination is a multi-storey building).

 

The order processing time is usually 1-3 business days for items in stock. However, it might take up to a week depending on the time of the year. Full shipping day begins after your order leaves our facility for delivery.

Total price after taxes and shipping & handling charges is displayed during check-out. The total price will be charged in Canadian dollars.

If orders are placed separately, they are processed separately and are not combined for shipping.

If you'd like to modify an order that's been submitted, please cancel and order again before the order is fulfilled/shipped out.

If any of the items in your order is not in stock or discontinued, we will notify you via e-mail registered on your account. You will have three options: wait for out of stock (backordered) items, modify or cancel your order. If you decide to wait for backordered items, your order will be processed once the items become available. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been sent.

FJ SHOPER reserves the right to cancel any order/transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.

We will not be liable or responsible for returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address. These orders will be cancelled. You will be notified by e-mail associated with your account. A refund will be issued to you excluding the shipping & handling charges. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping & handling fee in these cases. For all orders, we'll charge you $12.99+taxes for shipping and handling fee and refund the rest of the amount.

If you have placed an order with incomplete or incorrect shipping address, please cancel the order and make a correction on your shipping address under your account. You will have to place a new order with correct information. All requests to send the order other than the shipping address registered on your account will be not be accepted.

FJ SHOPER will work hard to ship your order as soon as possible within estimated delivery time. However, you may experience unexpected delivery delay due uncontrollable events (natural disasters, severe weather, etc). We are not responsible for such shipping delays.

Shipping restrictions may apply to certain items considered potentially harmful (ex. Flammable substances). You will be notified at check-out if your order contains any of restricted items.
